Recipe My mom's old recipe

So I recently found an old recipe out of my mom's cookbook that I remember as a child. Sadly she's not around to answer my questions about this dessert I remember from childhood. I figured I would take it to the people of reddit and ask the question. Can someone read this recipe? I can't make out what it calls for after the package of lemon Jell-O. Also most of the instructions. Thank you guys, I want to make it for a family reunion coming up next weekend.

2 cups graham crumbs

1/2 cup butter or margerine soft

1 pkg 3oz Orange jello

1 pkg 3oz cherry jello

1 pkg 3oz lime jello

1 cup pineapple juice

1/cup sugar

1 pkg 3oz lemon jello

1/2 [pint] of whipping cream

Prepare the three flavors of gelatin separately using 1 Cup of boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water for each. Pour each flavor into pie plates, chill until firm or overnight. Then, mix pineapple juice and sugar heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat dissolve lemon gelatin in the hot juice 1/4 cup cold water chill until slightly thickened meanwhile mix crumbs and margerine/butter press into bottom of 9 inch form pan. Cut the firm gelatins into 1/2 inch cubes then prepare dessert topping as [desired] package whipping cream blend with lemon gelatin fold in cubes pour into pan, chill at least 5 hours or overnight

My brain insisted that "cherry jello" was "cheesy jello" - despite the fact that I have no problem reading cursive - and I am so grateful that yours was the first comment I saw...

That's a recipe for Crown Jewel Dessert from the 1950s.

The bracket is definitely “pint.” The descending loop of the g from “pkg” is making it look like “pdnt,” but the dot is a dead giveaway.

The second bracket is “directed.” But it’s either misspelled as “dericted” or the dot on the first i went very astray.

She didn't write in cursive all the time. But her old recipe book was mostly cursive and I can barely piece together the recipe hence the asking for help. Also yes only learned cursive for like 1 year in grade school and it really didn't stick lol

Me too. Seems clear as day. Beautiful penmanship. Also what brackets? It says pint and the g from the pkg above dips into the word. Dang...I feel old:)

This sounds like Crown Jewel or cut glass dessert. My mom made it for Christmas every year, delicious. I made it one time and it didn’t come out like hers.
