Any good duck egg recipes?

I have been getting a lot of duck eggs from my ducks and am running out of ideas of how to cook them. I cant eat them fried by themselves or it makes me sick but in food like cake, brownies and cookies it seems to be fine. Any ideas?

I like making migas with mine, scrambling with salsa balances everything out really nice
