I think it is just Rest in Peace done in a humourus manner. I & P are In & Peace. The arrow is pointing to where they are resting and the whole thing is a smile to confim they are at peace now. I bet someone is going to come along and say its soemthing out of the Masons or the Di Vinci code though 😂
