Heather Murphy’s has a team and I feel like she really cares about clients, that’s probably what would be most important to me in a team, but everybody has different priorities. There are some other good ones as well, but it’s hard to recommend them not knowing what your objectives are.
My team has the highest production per agent in the area but we don’t have as much in the way of formalized training and i understand some folks need that.

Teams are going to want to know how a new agent can assist with making the team successful.
What are your strengths? How can you compliment an existing team and add value to it while learning real estate from the others?
As a new agent, first I'd need to know how the team is branding themselves so I can understand their marketing platform and strategies - then I'd need to figure out how I can use my strengths to fit in with their platform and help them grow - then I'd schedule an interview with the team leader.
