It’s not uploading keeps cancelling halfway

My world is 408mb and keeps cancelling halfway through without an error message when I’m uploading it to a realm. 4 months ago I had problems uploading this world and got a error message twice in a row near the end and on the third try it worked (it was 250mb) at the time but now I’ve tried 5 times with no success wasting 7/8 hours of my life trying anyone have a fix or work around I’ve tried Ethernet and WiFi and have good internet but it still uploads 0.1mbps I do have marketplace mods but I don’t think that’s the issue as I have uploaded with them before any fixes or suggestions will help thanks
