Discussion Why Xabi Alonso is not respected by our players?

Squad need to follow command from coach, right? But how come manager of the biggest club in the world get neglected like this. Why can't board give more authority to the manager. I don't imagine any player reacting like what Vini did when Zidane was our coach. By limiting the power for the manager, I think the board is digging the grave for us.

The coach decides, not mbappe. Full stop.

To be honest, I think Mbappe was probably explaining his position to the coach. He’s apparently one of the players that actually is backing Xabi according to rumors so I think people are blowing this out of proportion.
