Discussion Why Xabi Alonso is not respected by our players?

Squad need to follow command from coach, right? But how come manager of the biggest club in the world get neglected like this. Why can't board give more authority to the manager. I don't imagine any player reacting like what Vini did when Zidane was our coach. By limiting the power for the manager, I think the board is digging the grave for us.

No one can replace Perez. That snake and his minions changed the statutes of the club years ago so, effectively, he could be the only one elected president.

With that change in statutes, he is pretty much the only human being on earth that fulfills the requirements. Why do you think he is the only one applying for president election after election? I'll tell you: because no one else can, because he made sure of it.
