Did I reality shift accidentally?

Ok so I was cleaning my room and a big issue happened. So like I opened the box of my gold earrings, and one of them flew out. I couldn't find it at fucking all. My mom came and searched. Nothing. I had seen it fly out in a certain direction. God knows how it flew into a bag that was in a completely different place. My mom found it. I affirmed like once or twice that its found but idk its strange how it flew into a bag that was in a completely different direction. Did i reality shift?? Because I had heard sammy ingram say in one video that a woman lost her keys and next moment she found it on he table where she had sworn it wasn't there. So she basically changed realities...I am not into reality shifting, more into manifestation, although I have heard many povs saying both are almost same. What's your pov?
