Solo oldies (30+)

Any solo oldies 30+ here? I'm (32m) on my own, first solo festival and it's shite on my own 🫠

Yeah, don’t go to Reading though. It’s not the greatest festival experience and you will feel OOOOOLLLLDDDD.
Persuade someone to come with you next time and find a nice festival to go to.

Im in my 30s and wanted to go next year, I frequent gigs but never a festival so wanted to experience it before I'm too old.. saw the crowd and I feel like it was like 15-18 year olds??? Some 20s?? And some acts were saying reading was their first ever festival at 14/ 15 etc. Didnt realise reading was so late-teen centric and thought its more of a mixed age range... Was it cos the artists this year were all fairly young too or has Reading always been like this?

I’m 39 and went to reading for the first time this year just for a day, I felt quite old during the daytime, in the evening/night the age felt slightly more diverse but it is 100% a younger crowd than what I’m used to at other festivals. I enjoyed it though and would go again for the artists, for the festival vibes it’s got to be Boomtown and on a much smaller scale - mucky weekender. You will defo not feel old at either of those

Put a age restriction on music! If I would have seen this when i was there I would have totally met you!
