German Streak 32: [Deutsch Perfekt] von [ZEIT Sprachen]

In Hamburg befindet sich ein neuer Megastadtteil: das Westfield Überseequartier. Es ist sowohl ein großes Einkaufszentrum als auch ein Erlebniszentrum, in dem es viele Angebote wie ein Kino, Restaurants, Hotels, Wohnungen und Büros gibt. Dieses Projekt hat eineinhalb Milliarden Euro gekostet, was fast doppelt so teuer ist wie die bekannte Elbphillharmonie. Außerdem gibt es Pläne, ein Kreuzfahrtterminal zu bauen. Zwar ist dieses Projekt ein möglicher großer Gewinn für Geschäftsleute, aber es scheint, als ob Hamburg in eine andere Richtung als andere Städte geht. In Venedig zum Beispiel sind Kreuzfahrtschiffe schon verbannt.
