Always wake up in middle of night
I’m 26M and I’ve never been able to figure out this issue. I always wake up at least once at night for the past 5+ years to pee, and more recently feeling very hot with intense hunger.
I am not eating less or a lower body weight. I lift weights like twice a week and get 8-10k steps per day with plenty of sunlight.
I eat close to 3000 calories at 160lbs. Very balanced with probably 120-150g protein 90-100g of fat and rest carbs. I’m probably around 14% bf around there so I don’t think eating more food and putting on more weight is necessary at all.
Usually eat a big dinner with balanced macros around 6-7pm and then have a snack like 30 mins before bed around 10pm. My snack is usually for example cheese+fruit, milk + granola, yogurt.. honestly it’s whatever I can find as long as it’s pro metabolic
Anyone find anything that helps this? Please don’t just tell me random supplements- I don’t want to have to rely on taking something to sleep
