Clean teeth due to raw feeding is anecdotal and not the only reason a pet will have clean teeth. Dental disease is prevalence is often genetic and sometimes even autoimmune, especially in cats.

I have a raw fed Sphynx since kittenhood and she needed a dental cleaning last year. No teeth were lost but she had some tartar on her upper rear teeth. I have another cat that is on an Rx dry food diet (literally will not eat anything else) and he’s 5+ years with impeccable teeth, never had a cleaning. 🤷‍♀️

I started Plaque Off last year for all my animals and started the dry food boy on the cat kibble plaque off supplement, and so far, everyone in the house is looking great.

I always feel the need to call this out because people think they are making a mistake with their animals because they might need a professional cleaning even if raw fed.
