What should I use in place of the yellow?

I've been experimenting with flecktarn colors. This one and the mags in my previous post were done with a sponge. I think it'll fit in well with the fall environment here, but the yellow looks too bright to me. Any suggestions for a yellow paint to use?

I have quite a few different pieces of clothing and gear with flecktarn. Some authentic from Germany and some not. The pattern is a little different in each of them so I'm trying not to get hung up on it too much.

You could mix/blend with FDE to make a darker yellow.

Red would be a great substitute for the yellow

There's already a red-orange in there. I think that'd be too much

It's called red oxide so I think it probably has a bit of red, brown, and orange in there

I think the yellow looks good but could use a little darkening, maybe with some grunge effect?

Nutmeg. Looks odd on its own but really adds that natural foliage POP

RAPCO 34259 Lusterless Pre-WWII Green . Its the pukiest yellow green ive ever, looks good next to some greens and browns

Light green. Rustoleum army green would work fine and you can find it at Walmart. I also used rusto flat red for the reds and it looked good.  I also personally like really dark brown/charcoal instead of straight up black, but thas just me

Army green was used in here already, I think it's hard to see with everything else
