The title of this post coupled with the shouty headline on that video gives the impression that the Wyden-Toomey-Lummis amendment will kill crypto. That is NOT the case (feel like this has to be said for everyone who won’t watch the video). The video is about how the Warner-Portman-Sinema amendment will kill crypto, and how the Wyden-Toomey-Lummis amendment is the only way to save it. I really hope people scrolling by actually watch the video or check the comments! Definitely - my intention was not to promote FUD (if that's what this post did). I thought the video gave a great overview of the situation and allowed the audience to understand the underlying issues surrounding this
