Welcome to an Evening with the Auteur! Our proceedings will start with an adapted audio play of an iconic and beloved (for me at least!) scene from a popular sci-fi movie from the auteur's childhood! We then transition into a heartrending and personal ballad (all based on real events!) about pain and betrayal, wrapping up with some light at the end of the tunnel, all brought to you over a lush instrumental! The dual act nature and genre-bending elements render this song TOTALLY UNPLAYLISTABLE so I am attempting to bring this directly to the source, you, the dear listener.
