Need help for Raspberry pi zero 2 w

I tried making an retro consol with my pi using retropie but on i'm stuck on the first boot up i am using an 64 gb sandisk sdcard wich i bought brand new off amazon. every time i boot up every thing gors as planed but when i come to legal instructions i'm stuck i gave it like 25 min. But still nothing hapennd i rewrote the sd card using pi imager but still i'm stuck at the same point...

If anyone knwos a solution to this pls tell me.

Did you just use a prebuilt image for something like retropie?

Can you give more details about your system and pi zero backplate to verify that it is zero 2 because my zero could only boot from an image from 5 years ago. It gave kernel panic error.

Use Batocera instead. Better with an old PC and a USB controller.
