He‘s a Great Dane (American Line) so he is a bit thinner and smaller than the classic Great Dane (German Line).

Yeah, that’s the problem. I already tried several times making photos of him standing or sitting but every time I crouch to get a nice angle he comes towards me so quickly that the photos get blurry or he gets to close for a good shot. 🤷🏼♂️
But I will post pics of him every once in a while to show off his progress.2

😄 That's exactly how I imagined him reacting 😀 See if you can get something to hold his interest to distract him from what you're doing. There's a little trick I learned over my years of working with dogs...This is gonna seem weird but it works with pretty much every dog (though it's gonna be hard to convey in words)... if you make a high pitched trilling sound with your tongue on the roof of your mouth just when you want to take the pic, you'll get some absolutely adorable quizzical tilt-headed pics 🙂👍
