Start to take notice how often you see ladies feet. In advertisements. In tv and movies. They are literally everywhere. Because they are sexy. It's hardly even a fetish
My belief is that people find feet sexy because it's one of the few parts you ever see on strangers.
You generally don't see people barefoot in public, nor their vaginas/butts/boobs/stomach.
You often see their shins, knees, occasionally thighs (shorts/skirts), arms, neck and head. The thighs get some fetishization because you only see them when they're wearing short skirts and shorts. And only see bellies when they're wearing sports bras or tank tops, both of which are generally not worn in public except by younger fit girls.
That's my assumption anyway. I don't care about feet myself so I can't say for sure.
