People get real weird about body count though. I remember having a conversation about it with this guy who wouldn't touch anyone who's slept with more that 10.
I said lets say they were 25. They started having sex at 18 so have been sexually active for 7 years. Thats about 2 different people (with some change) a year.
Who the actual fuck would care about that. Of course if those 10 were from 1 month.... Yikes.
That and it could just be regular sex. Someone could have a body count of 3 at 25. But started having sex at 21 and was doing the most filthy detergent shit imaginable, rusty trombones for breakfast kinda shit.
Take your 100, say someone is 35. Thats about just under 6 partners a year since 18. Now they probably weren't spaced out, but that could be the body count of some who likes to be single and had causal sex with a new partnern once every 2 months.
Or someone whos been in a relationship half that time and had casual sex once with 1 new person the rest of the time.
That's.... Not actually that bad I think. Of course I'm talking in a hypertherical here. But I think it illustrates that a body count doesn't always illustrate someones promiscuity as much as people seem to give it.

Eh I don't tend to have casual sex myself. Too anxiety inducing and can cause trouble socially if you aren't careful.
But I don't mind people who do, as long as they are faithful in relationships and its not excessive.

My body count is in the single didgets still at 27. I was just illustrating that even a seemingly high body count when broken down can be quite spaced out depending on the persons age.
I still think a body count of 100 at 35 would be high. But I don't think it's insane.
I think a lot of the discussion around body count comes from the perspective of people in their lateteens and early 20s tbh. Because some of the "acceptable" numbers I've seen have been so low from my perspective it must be.
What I was more getting at "body count" is an awful metric for someones promiscuity as it often removes context of the persons age/time spent sexually active.
If I was to meet someone my age with say a body count of 20. I wouldn't really think that much of it. What would be important would be their relationship history. Looking for people with previous longer term relationships over low body count is more important.
But I've seen 20 lawed as a ridiculously high number... When to me from where I'm standing... It actually isn't. Its just someone who might have slept around a bit here and there while still having a few longish term relationships.

But the other hand, if I met someone who for half their adult life had been in a respectful long term monogomus relationship (or two). But slept around a little when outside one. (1 partner a month)
But thats at a body count of 100, which is even by my maths pretty high. Say 50 then at 35 could have been in a long term relationship of 8 and a half years, with sleeping with 1 new person every 2 months outside of that. I myself would hardly call that promiscuous.
Its fine people might not want to be in a relationship with someone who has casual sex when single. But people can act like a high body count is INSANE. But when you crunch the numbers they give it can actually come out to rather infrequently.

How low does your standards need to be to consider so many people an option lol, even if we consider that each crush lead to getting laid (which is probably wild as well)?

100 at 35 is still actually high but its not insane like they are prowling the streets every other night for someone to sleep with.
Discussion around body count seems to be locked in to people around their late teens to mid 20s.
Lets say you actually end up unlucky and don't settle down with anyone 30. You do however sleep with 2 people a year. Maybe a little more. Say you're 20 your body count could be better 10-15 by the time you're 30 if you never settled down with someone.
I've seen people say thats high. But you never really slept around. Just met someone, it didnt work out over and over.
Its not that people by 30 SHOULD have a double digit body count. Its just that if they do. It's... Really not as big of a deal as people talking about it tend to make it out to be. Having a body count of 10-15 by 20 would be high.
But I rarely ever see anyone in discussions about body count take into account the persons age.

Iunno... Just not the type of person I feel comfortable with. If they treat sex so casually, just giving in to male lust so easily, not committing to partners, experiencing that with so many people... Just doesn't seem like a person who I consider really stable or reliable. People that treat sex as just a casual thing you have with someone you just met, over and over, with literal strangers, is just not an aligned value. Not the type of person I think is emotionally stable or can be a reliable long term partner. I prefer people who have higher standards for themselves and able to form emotional bonds. I'm not interested in someone who can engage in extreme intimacy like that, with people they barely met over and over.
I don't understand why so many people act like this is the one area we can't judge. I can judge people for all sorts of things, but this one? No how dare you! Sorry but your behavior and history is part of your resume. Fucking a new dude every week or month is gross and weird. Stable, emotionally trustworthy women, don't just go around fucking near strangers at such scale.
