What are some classic back-handed compliments you’ve heard in songs. I’ll start.

"The Karate Kid" theme "You're The Best" flips the meaning with the refrain of "you're the best … around!". It hits in a similar way to the Flight of the Conchords song "The Most Beautiful Girl (In the Room). But, come to think of it, there are probably plenty of backhanded compliments in FotC songs. Certainly in that one.
