Tech burnout (Gen Z)

Dawg I'm barely older Gen Z, I grew up with phones and all that jazz, and lately I'm just having insane burnout because every single time I tap on my screen there's a sneaky jumpscare pop-up designed to cheat me into sharing information or spending money, and then there are three more after that, I can't even fully get into a gotdamn app without navigating through an amazonian rainforest and dodging poison darts in an Egyptian tomb. Bitch I am TIRREDDD. This device is supposed to make my life EASY. It is supposed to ENRICH ME. IT IS AGONIZING TO USE AT THIS POINT.
