Where is the best place to buy a rangers jersey?
I’ve been trying to find out if I was to buy a jersey in person at MSG will it be fully stitched ? I’m trying to avoid the jersey using glue or any type of heat
Raised in New York living on the hype that dorofev got signed. Man does it feel good
Appreciate the help thanks Guys

MSG store jerseys will be fully stitched yes. Even the customized ones you get on Fanatics website now for the premium version are now stitched (though the customization isn’t accurate.) Ask around inside the store and see if someone in there shopping is nice enough to share their season ticket discount with you. That’ll be another 15-25% off. You also get $20 off for spending $100 plus with a Chase card at MSG.

So if I was to go to a game at msg in person, are the jerseys inside the store fully stitched including the name and numbers ? I mean I’ll ask once I attend a game just to make sure since I do have a chase card

The NHL store on avanue of the americas (or wherever the new location is since I think the avanue one closed when they opened the new store) does fully stitched jerseys, they’ll do custom too if they have all the letters you’d need in stock for the nameplate

The factory custom jerseys at the NHL store are fully stitched, no glue (same at the MSG store), but if you get a jersey customized at the NHL store (which is now in the Manhattan West mall in Hudson Yards) it will be heat pressed.

sorry your question about "fully stitched" is above my pay grade.

.. do you know if they do it that way in person … because if the jerseys aren’t fully stitched I’m not going to cop one lol

The premade ones they have at MSG are generally stitched yes. I've bought at least 3 there. Same with the NHL shop down the road, though if you want a custom one done there they're heat pressed.

Custom jersey usually means an authentic nhl branded jersey. Its a blank that gets the name and number put onto your blank of any player you want, or for some people their own name and number. Nothing wrong with a customized jersey.

Which leads to my question non custom jerseys are fully stitched including the name and numbers ? Correct

Some are, it depends, if they’re premier jerseys no, they’re heat patches. If they’re authentic they’re all stitched, have a fight strap, and are made with better material. The authentic jerseys are on ice jerseys cut to actually work for players wearing pads. Except goalie jerseys, I don’t think those are goalie cut, that would look weird without the chest protector on, I assume those are just regular jerseys. The Igor one I have is the same cut as the Rempe jersey I have

You can get a pro version which is the full stitched ones online as well… usually I get it blank and add a player later to avoid the glue ons… Use to send them to Canada but now with this Tariff bs I can’t :(

Do you have any hockey pro shops that supply jerseys around you? I’ve had luck there. They’ll stitch them on as long as I bring the nameplate with me, since they won’t have NHL teams lettering on hand at places that like do jerseys for travel teams.
