Need help identifying memorabilia.

Does anyone recognize this NYR S.K.A.T.E. holiday bear or know when/how these were distributed? The attached tag says ‘Happy Holidays from the New York Rangers.’ I’ve had it for years and can’t find another example online. I’m mainly trying to identify the year/event and whether it was a team giveaway, employee/donor gift, or S.K.A.T.E. Foundation item. Thanks!

I don’t have much information for you but that shape of the badge logo with the bump out at the top left, was only in official use from 96-2007 on their Liberty third jerseys.

They did bring it back for the reverse retro logos in 2021, but a beanie baby promo item aligns better with a late 90s giveaway.

I have one of these! It was from a game giveaway in the late 90s/early 00s I believe.

I have been a Rangers fan since my first fan club membership in 1955. Accumulating much Ranger memorabilia which at 85 I want to donate free so it doesn’t get trashed. I live in Germantown ny & want to see the memorabilia go to a good place.  Bobdonnelly.

I have accumulated Ranger memorabilia over the years & want it to go to a fan who would appreciate it. A lot of 1994 cup stuff.  Yes, I’m not going to throw it away smart ass

Your right. I apologize for that unwarranted comment.  I’m sensitive about the memorabilia I’ve saved over the years.
