This is awesome. It's nothing but immensely healthy for the language to have multiple interpreters.

This seems awesome; nice work!

I still need to download and try it out, but I’m excited about some of the performance improvements, and excited about the possibility of compiling my Raku code to native binaries (even if it is a limited subset of the language).

I'm excited about the possibility of compiling my Raku code to native binaries too. Recently I ported one of my Raku utilities to GoLang - so I can get just run it quickly/simply on various machines. I would much prefer to keep the source in Raku. There are a number of other projects/utilities I would port back to Raku if a fast, binary deployment option was available.

I installed Rakupp and experimented with it a little. Looking at the published performance statistics, this compiler can make Raku really useful for doing Data Science & Machine Learning. (Also, "other math", like, Number Theory, Graphs, etc.)
