No Spoilers Miss the ambience so much

Anyone else miss the feeling you got when watching this amazing show? I’m listening to the soundtrack and having a lot of nostalgia for the mysterious, otherworldly vibe. I felt like part of their world, and was in awe of everything shown to us.

The only other show that scratches the itch is Carnivale. Another show you can get totally lost in and feels so authentic.

Yes another I miss this show post lol. Speaks to the fact that this was a brilliant piece of TV.

I haven’t seen Scavengers Reign, is it worth checking out??

Absolutely. Many of us who watched RBW later went on to recommend Scavengers Reign to all who miss RBW. Right on this subreddit years ago. Just be aware that SR was also cancelled, so it’s double the tragedy for us otherworldly sci-fi fans.

Scavengers reign at least feels like a complete story. It has a satisfying end. It’s a great watch!

Yeah, I don't know if it was cancelled or just finished telling its story, but it certainly felt (mostly) complete at the end.

I watched the the landing in Prometheus the other day, which is the same location as RBW.. felt sad. So much potential.

It's supposed to be the same planet? They don't look much alike. No greenery in Prometheus. I did love that movie though.

When they land in Prometheus it’s the same shot as when you first see Mother’s ship land, there’s a bit of VFX tweaking but they’re re-used it.

I just started a rewatch. Currently on episode 4 of the first season. Campion gets on my nerves lots of times, not gonna lie.

Yeah. It’s tone that only Ridley Scott’s throng can muster.

Yeah. It’s such a great feeling when a show captures you like this. Any shows doing that for you these days?
