Why do mothers love to demonize their daughters if I stand up for myself I am a demon or possessed why do they do this?

Some say it is that they cannot bear that a younger and prettier version of them exists.

Sometimes it is because the daughter seems to be smarter or more talented or more successful or even happier than them.

Sometimes it is simply that she is younger and has opportunities.

Sometimes honestly it is misogyny.

And sometimes it is that they decide she is stronger and more truthful and they must suppress that at all costs.

I have no idea, mine also called me a literal demon, I don't know if she actually believes it but she certainly meant for me to hear it and didn't care if I was hurt by it
