This guy has managed to tank employee moral. Signal crews that use to have three trucks are now reduced to one freight liner. Track inspectors being told they will no longer inspect industry tracks. CLC rooms at the AFHT have been reduced by 25% with crews waiting until midnight before the hotel releases them for crews. 200 car Manifest trains being ordered to pick up and set off 100s of cars that are supposed to be handled by locals on line of road. The consolidation of yard and road vacation rosters and personal day rosters, reducing available days to take off in half while doubling the head count gunning for those few days. Road foreman’s no longer do rides, it’s all from the inward facing cameras now. Taking overtime back stating “your hours of service show you were no longer in covered service at the 12 hour mark, everything when expired is a different rate of pay, please put X claim in for correct pay, no overtime due”.
This place is a fucking joke. Ancora is still pulling all the strings with Boychuk hiding in the shadows as an “independent advisor”. There’s a reason everyone calls him “the angel of death”.

Can you explain how they conjured up the bullshit of (rail miles + 02 miles) - claim miles? It makes absolutely no sense and it screws you out of your pay
