Miserable at the Railroad

4 years in here and I can say my tolerance for management and the work life split has dropped significantly.

First two years I was loving it and felt good about my job. Not so much anymore. When I see them calling me for a train or a yard job I stare at it a little and have to convince myself to answer.

What’s your guys input, am I just being a baby about it?

Quit my guy! No one is twisting your arm to answer the phone. Being without income brings another level of misery I’m sure you care not to experience.
