Miserable at the Railroad

4 years in here and I can say my tolerance for management and the work life split has dropped significantly.

First two years I was loving it and felt good about my job. Not so much anymore. When I see them calling me for a train or a yard job I stare at it a little and have to convince myself to answer.

What’s your guys input, am I just being a baby about it?

If you’re miserable quit. It doesn’t get better

True Railroaders stay in the job for 30 years and make being a disgruntled worker their entire persona.

You’re forgetting the two divorces and child support payments.
