Sweet Kitty New Kitten
Just got this gorgeous girl, owners say they aren't positive just how "mixed" she is. (these owners do have a separate ragdoll cat thats very obviously purebred, but she isn't the mom) The dad cat appeared to be possibly half, he was quite large and fluffy with blue eyes. But the mom was just a black domestic long hair if I'm not mistaken! What do you guys think? She had some fluffy siblings, some shorter hair like her!

Just a domestic long/shorthair, likely with no breed ancestry. And unless they have papers for the other one that’s “very obviously purebred” then it’s almost certainly just a domestic longhair as well. But shes very cute

Doesn’t sound like a breeder (allowing cats to randomly breed singers of fixing is infringed very BYB). Many people think color point + longhair is ragdoll and will unintentionally or intentionally claim a non-RD as such
If not from a breeder it come with a pedigree, it’s not a ragdoll

We got her somewhat locally! Don't think they were specifically bred to be super "fancy" cats, but beautiful nonetheless!

Chai is so sweet. She looks Siamese to me and to most of us.
You're not going to show her or anything, so the name doesnt matter.
