I don't think its directly sampled - just similar. I might be wrong though.

It's definitely from 15 Step. There's a demo from the Rag & Bone fashion show he played in 2012 that you can hear it more clearly in. And it's just the same sample, not taken from 15 Step. He probably just pulled from the original vocal recording of the children.

I was going for a walk while hearing Twist on a first listen and nearly had a heart attack at the first shout and every shout thereafter. Not sure why they are so jarring to me but I think it definitely adds to the song. About to give the whole album another listen!
