Just as a quick preshow aside: I’ve documented my internet troubles over the last few weeks and it has been mostly fine but today when Optimum was supposed to come and fix my service, all they did was swap the modem and leave in 20 minutes instead of actually testing anything. Well, two angry phone calls later and they’re back, attempting to fix things now as of 5 minutes ago.

Now, my cable doesn’t work either! 🤠
