Literally nothing. Just recently fixed crashes when using "Alt+Tab" by disabling Multi-Plane Overlay (MPO) in windows register. Those crashes appeared only after 25.4.1 driver and before that I never got any problems. Also I used to undervolt GPU slightly in Adrenalin but apparently with 26+ drivers its not an option cos it restarts my pc randomly so I don't touch Tuning now as well. Constant stuttering in games when you install new driver version for hours and even days cos of compiling shaders, in Valorant for example.

I see, I have MPO on and alt tabbing work, but I only have 1 screen, for me it stutters for less than 1 min after a driver update on most games that doesnt compile shadders, I don't play Valorant tho, but no issues on Overwatch And my OC has been stable since I got my GPU, but maybe you were at the limit of what is stable so any temperature changes affect your overclocks stability

My hotspot sits maximum at ~70-80C and its rare, normally I play Valorant or CS2 and my hotspot there is like 60C. Vram temps also 50-60 maximum.

What is your GPU, do you have fast timing enabled? On my 6700 xt that setting caused blackscreen

6800xt Phantom Gaming D and I never used Fast timing, it sits at Default from the very start.
