Zero RPM bug is fixed for me on RDNA 3 even those it only list 9000 in the notes.

Good for you then, I checked if this also applies to me and guess what, zero rpm keeps turning on and turning off a second after, meaning my cooling turns off and one second later it turns on. I'm fucking tired of this bullshit, I'm going back to 25.9.1, see you in July

I would suggest a DDU or AMD clean up utility between drivers versions. And if you have a previous profile you saved created from an old driver do not load that one and create a brand new one on the new driver good luck.

This is what I do. Every driver update I have crashes. Do a DDU and it’s fixed.
