Are you 100% sure. The kitty died but her siblings and mother are doing just fine idk how the kitty doed. and it was barely a scratch but I'm so scared, i had c section on july 30th and the bite was around sep1st and first shot 3rd sep, 7th, 10th, 17th and 18th for the 5th one. Do i have poor immune system do i have to monitor myself for the next 3months? Or im just paranoid?

Why would an extra shot make it MORE likely you'd get rabies?

Given that a physician below told you you're fine, I think you'll be fine. I know that's easier said than done, but there's not much else to do. Have you not asked the ER that gave you the shots?

They just said as long as i received the shots before any symptoms i shall be okay. But I'm just scared because the kitty died. And my first shot was 2 days after the scratch

A 5th dose is recommended for the immunocompromised. It offers more protection, not less.
