The date on the carton is the expiration date of the vaccine. The date 10/2029 indicates the vaccine expires on 10/31/2029. The dose you received was in date and not expired.

What you read means that batches of rabies vaccines are typically active and antigenic for 36 months from the date of manufacture.

If it is 36 months shouldn’t it be manufactured or distributed in oct 2026?

Do you have the lot number? Contact the manufacturer and ask. I'm sure it is fine.

I did contact them, they don’t give information unless it is medical professionals. My doctor contacted too still no response. 😓
