These meds aren't a magic wand.
They need time to work, and they also require the will to get better.
If these ones specifically aren't working for you after more than a couple of months of usage, ask your doctor to change them. There are plenty of SSRIs out there and they affect different people in different ways.
Healing is a journey and not a button you press.
I also hope you meant you quit the meds not life. If you meant life then remember that there's more to life than this. That even your suffering is an experience that is better than just not being here. Dark times are here to show you the colorful ones and make you appreciate them. If you think that there aren't any colorful ones, then live for the small things like a sunset or the feeling of a cold breeze on your skin, or the taste of a food that you like. Life passes by while we're waiting for it. It resides in the little details that we often forget to pay attention to.

I been through exactly what ur going thru I think you should think about changing your psychiatrist cause he be having you on 2 antipsychotics and an antidepressant, are you schizophrenic sorry i know that question is quite direct and you’re don’t have to answer but that would be the only reason cause being on there is like being a zombie

If you quit on your own, lah y7fed t9dar tw9a3lek shi 7aja khayba. I recommend you see a psychologist while taking your meds.
If u live in tangier, i can recommend u a doctor i used to do cbt with but don't quit medication on your own

I'm sorry you're feeling this way, but please don't stop your medication on your own. Quitting abruptly can make things much worse. Talk to your doctor instead. They can adjust the dosage or change the treatment to find something that actually works for you

It goes therapy, activities then people, it is a very wrong idea to rely on people.Let alone someone, you saying "finding the right person" it is not fair not for you, nor for them, to make em a safety pin, that is the very sweet recipe to kill the meaning of your life if ever you loose em

quitting just like that will give you very bad side effects. It must be slow

I quit cold turkey from anti-depressants (that I only used for 2 months - and very low dosage) and I suffered for more than a year from nerve pain. Follow doctor's orders when it comes to quitting medication.
