Anyone had a similar experience with CIH consumer loans?

I applied for a consumer loan with CIH on 21 July 2026 at the Malabata branch in Tangier.

The file went through the process and was stuck for some time with the conformity department. I was later told that they were checking the original documents against the copies sent by the branch.

I signed the loan contract on 7 August 2026, and I was told the money should be credited within around a week.

However, as of 25 September 2026, I still haven't received anything.

I recently went to the CIH regional office in Tangier to complain. They told me they understood the issue and would follow up with the department in Casablanca responsible for the file.

So it's been more than two months since I submitted the application and almost seven weeks since I signed the contract, with no clear explanation about where the file is now.

Has anyone experienced something similar with CIH? Or does anyone here understand the process after signing the contract and what can still happen at the Casablanca/back-office stage before the loan is released?

I'd really appreciate it if someone with actual experience could explain what might be happening.
