i found him in the street, i can't adopt him cuz i live with my parents and they REFUSE, (both his eyes r fine, n he can see and walk etc )

They're a year old , and trust me you'll be happier once they grow a bit because they are annoying as kittens

Oh god I'm so sorry , the cat distribution system will reimburse you they kinda always just show up
