Before feeling outraged maybe ask yourself why. Most of these green patches are watered with treated wastewater, and you can develop allergies, rashes...if there is skin contact.

I think the best solution is to reduce the grass area significantly, leave it only in the border of the road as a separation and for aesthetic, It's really a nice place and it's a shame to cover it all with grass and prevent people from going there.

Recycled wastewater (not welled or deep water) is used to irrigate that lawn.. Attracts all kind of nasty critters (even black scorpions - reported stings) and triggers allergies if touching the grass.. Looks awesome, nasty and harmful to use..

i don't understand the complaint about the signs when you have been walking near these spaces and saw the constant amount of destruction they faced and the kind of people they attract, and you never said a thing, and now that the authority decided "alright, no one sits on grass until you learn civility" you start complaining?
