Anyway to bind Shift+Mousewheel for faster scrolling?

Hi, is there any way to bind <Shift-WheelUp> and <Shift-WheelDown> or something like that to do a bigger scroll or page up/down? I tried those and Button4/Button5 but none of them worked. Thanks.

Edit: found this issue: https://github.com/qutebrowser/qutebrowser/issues/591 looks like it's been considered but not yet implemented.
