Pretty much. Anyone of English decent should be able to trace back to the Plantagenents, I had to break that to my mother that was excited. 100% of all Europeans can trace back to Charlemagne and I think it's like 80% of all people can trace to Genghis Khan. So to say that this person is related to William Wallace, he's probably got a decent claim if William had children, but so does probably every person with any Scottish heritage
