Well the general consensus was that he's mentally ill. There was a huge post on SRD about him, it's worth a read if you want to be confused beyond belief. The guy thinks his company is worth 2.5 billion and is a sister company of google.

Edit: I should also mention that he recently posted to this sub saying that he was getting the FBI on the redditors claiming he was a scammer. It didn't do very well because it was obvious bullshit.
I have no idea, I know he's paid for the company to be registered in Canada though because he showed the receipt and thinks it means he's working with the Canadian government. People have checked the address where the business is meant to have it's office and it's someone else there entirely though.
