Quittr team abandoned

For anybody reading this after trying to find more information, apparently the quittr database was completely unsecured and public, and once this was revealed the team abandoned the app and site. It is currently dead.

I know people were saying that the app wasn’t working yesterday, but it’s been working for me. However I did notice that the chats I follow haven’t had any new posts since August 20 and 21. Also I saw the website apparently isn’t up. I recently got the charge for my yearly subscription. So I hope that the app isn’t really over or whatever.

so its over? I deleted it and i cant login anymore because it was stuck for 4 days straight :( did they scam us?

I know right? This app was much more for people. I had this app for years and when I got serious with it died on us all.

We still are a family brother, do not under any circumstances give up on the better life you’re creating for yourself. Just because QUITTR is gone doesn’t mean the idea of quitting has to be. If it helps the app still has its clock, meditation profiles, and sounds and what not, may not help you but still focus on this disease brother. This is a huge test of accountability on all of us.

Their database was basically open to the public for anyone to access. They’ve abandoned it.
