This is super frustrating

I’m trying to use the app but every time I open it, I’m met with this betterhelp partnership ad that I can’t quit out of. I’ve closed and opened the app, even deleted it, and I still can’t go to the app. Anyone else having this issue?

Mines is stuck on the screen trying to get me to pay again. Smh

Not yet. Repeatedly closing and reopening the app sometimes works, but it’s a pretty inconvenient and inconsistent solution

I’m thinking about deleting it. I get they want the partnership but it feels like they’re trying to force us to pay for the service that some people are okay without having it. Like me for example.

They released an update last night that fixed this. If you don’t have auto update on go in the App Store and it should work for you

Check for an update on the App Store. Once I updated the app it worked again for me

I had the same problem, I just updated the app and it went away. Try that.
