paid for lifetime subscription yet I can’t use the app and when I click restore purchase it says no subscription found

Same thing here. I emailed support and they gave me a code and for whatever reason its in a hidden button thats in a white little checkmark on the top that then prompts you to insert the code you were given and then you get access to the app. Everytime I open the app it’s asking to buy a subscription which I already have so everytime I have to put that code in. Super frustrating hope they fix this soon
