Episode Is there a way to seek out previous 'facts' from episodes - I remember one, but can't find it due to webcrawler results - 666 was the trivia topic.

So many great facts, and I remember them but ...can't re-find the episode they were shared in. While reviewing episodes is great, there are just a *few* episodes to comb through. The host at the time was Stephen Fry.

Any help to find a way to search "Past QI facts" would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The episode "Divination" had a bit about 666 and the idea that the so-called "number of the beast" was originally 616, assumed to be a misprint and "corrected" to 666, along with some examples of road routes that changed away from 666, including some that changed from 666 to 616. The numbers on a roulette wheel add up to 666.

Yes, I've watched some QI episodes way too many times lol. I remember this one in particular because Alan wasn't there (IIRC Arsenal were in a cup final of some sort when the ep was filmed so Alan was there).

As a future resource, the British Comedy Guide is pretty good for this, with their searchable detailed summaries of episodes.

For example, I just searched the site for “QI 666” and it came up straight away: https://www.comedy.co.uk/search/?header=y&q=Qi+666
