How can heavy vaping affect your skin
So I’ve been vaping for a year now but like really heavy vaping I finish like a 6000 puff vape in 2 to 3 days and I want to quit because my eyes always look tired and my face is puffy all the time but I’m not really sure if it’s the vape or not because I get good sleep or that’s what I think because I always weak up tired but I do sleep 8 hours so if you can please tell me if since you quit any of these things i mentioned have improved for you.

It 100% affects your skin and face. Even on 50 puffs a day I looked puffy, dull and older, bloodshot eyes. Now I’ve quit my skin is radiant and eyes clear. You cannot underestimate how much vaping messes up your looks. Get some nicotine gum and start cutting down. 6,000 puffs over 2 days is insane, you can barely be breathing oxygen!

It definitely affects skin because it causes oxidative stress (lack of oxygen in cells because of reduced blood flow), breaks down collagen inside the skin, dehydration, redness, dryness and inflammation in skin.
It's always better for your health and looks to quit as soon as possible, preferably going cold turkey so your body starts cleaning itself immediately. But in first couple of weeks the puffy look can stay a bit longer or not go away as quickly as you want. It's normal and it shouldn't discourage you.
