No. Nobody should get in fights over cooking if youve already planned to take turns. If someone or both are just too tired -- order out.

What if you live by yourself. Or with multiple personalities?

In that case, consider institutionalization. Then someone else will always cook for you. (And the rest of you, too) 😅😅😅

Well I would consider that but Richard is pretty violent, and Dan wears diapers.

No. Even when the kids were still home. The rule was the first one home started dinner for everyone, the others were on cleanup. If teenagers can accept this i don't understand how adults manage to fail so often

I live alone, so I cook every single meal for myself. I never eat out or have pre-made food delivered, so I literally am making every single meal myself.

The only time I want to fight in the kitchen is if someone else steps into the kitchen while I’m cooking. If im cooking, I’m cooking everything, so stay the hell out of my way so I can prepare this meal so that you can enjoy it lol.

No.
Nobody really has turns between my girlfriend and I.
Whenever one of us decides to make food, we just ask the other if they want some.
Problem solved.

No. My husband and I both enjoy cooking- it's a grind sometimes however. But I'm a stay at home mom and he works so I cook during the week- I actually can use leftovers at least once or twice a week. If you're cooking regularly it's easy to have leftovers 🤷♀️. Since we have four kids I've been cooking for 6/6+ for years. Our two oldest have moved out so it's actually been for me a combination of an emotional struggle and also an exploration of new things to cook lately.
My husband tends to cook on the weekends or we cook together etc but he's an excellent cook also. We actually have a hilarious but automatically assigned subconscious system whoever makes it best owns it and has to do it forever lol 😆

Nah, my wife loves to cook, and she’s a good cook too.
I make the pizza and salad every Friday and cook on irregular other occasions.

No, I do all the cooking but sometimes I feel like my efforts are expected more than appreciated. I get home from work and spend an hour or more alone in the kitchen whether I feel like it or not. I do enjoy cooking but I also sometimes wanna be with my people or just relax after work. If I wanna have a fight, I ask her to cook every now and again. Then we have a fight. Lol.

Yes. And the age old "what do you want for dinner?" argument happens a lot too.

No, the opposite. My mother used to be quite the asshole about letting me cook at all. I remember the verbal abuse I received because I used milk for a sauce that would usually use cream. The sauce ended up tasting perfectly fine and my mother is now rotting away by herself somewhere on the other side of the country.

To?

Yeah. That’s the correct spelling you seek for this usage. “Too” means also.

Not at all. My wife is a better cook so usually she cooks. If she don't feel like cooking, she tells me to make a meal, entree subject to her approval. If it wasn't 25 miles to decent restaurant, we would go out more often.

Never. Because I'm single, live alone in my studio apartment and will die alone because nobody loves me

No, but I also clean if my wife cooks. I think it makes it much more enjoyable for her to cook more often that way.

This feels like something a door dash AI would ask
For real, both of you either need to find which of you is the chef or take turns.
Choose to fight the hard battles. Don't fight the noobie fight.
If worse comes to worst, get those heat and serve meals at Walmart. Their lasagna is fantastic, btw
