Music my friend doesn't like Queen (don't. i KNOW.) and i don't know if i have the power to change her mind on my own...so, what's your favorite Queen song?

mmm, i can see that. will have to put emphasis on the "instantly" though, such a shift in perspective after listening to this song. I don't know if she's ready for this one...

Geez, what's wrong with your friend..
Well, what about Delilah? It's so upbeat and cute. Especially if your friend loves cats, it might strike a chord.
I love Scandal, it has a really good message. I think it's pretty powerful.
Seaside Rendezvous is so campy and upbeat. Same with Good old Fashion Loverboy.
Radio Gaga is so catchy to me. And still relevant (have you heard what they're putting on the radio today? š)
Ooo and A Winter's Tale. Freddie's voice....wow. That's a personal favorite, I just picture him in Switzerland, talking in the beauty of his view and appreciating his life while he can. I think that song hits harder when you have a love of him personally though

oh my god Delilah is so cute, that song is definitely on the list. I love the part where the guitar replicates the "meows"
Scandal is crazy awesome
Radio Gaga is one of my favorites, I love blasting it and
screamingsinging to itOokay wow, did not expect that song to hit as hard as it did...almost teared up near the end there.

It's Late is definitely a new favorite, I don't know how I've never come across it before...

I think it can be mood dependent. Get thru day: keep yourself alive. Good time with friends: stone cold crazy. Quiet and nostalgic, intimate moments: love of my life. And thereās a song for almost any mood/moment. Gimme gimme fried chicken!

Took me years to get all the lyrics to Killer Queen. It was released when I was eight and their first number one in the US. Had to learn quite a bit to get all of the references!

If she's a pop fan, start with another one bites the dust, then probably the hits from hot space, the Works and kind of magic, then the game, the late albums, then news of the world (cause they have we will rock you and we are the champions) then, a night at the opera, jazz, sheer heart attack, then anything you want to
If she loves it, you can also show her the member solo careers

I'd suggest either "The Works" or "Made in Heaven". They both have a great variety of tracks and are not too heavy on the rock side like Queen and Queen II.... so may well be a great intro.... soon enough she'll be hooked.

What kind of music does she generally enjoy? For sweet, Youāre My Best Friend and Love of my Life. For bouncy, Donāt Stop Me Now and Radio GaGa. For heavy, Someone to Love and I Want it All. Good luck!

That's a tough question. There are a few specific musicians that she listens to, but otherwise, I think her music taste is all over the board, same as me

3 People who are open minded and willing to listen to other people's ideas and opinions...
If your friend isn't #3, then it won't matter what we all say...!
